We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post standard delivery.
Shipping rate: Flat rate of $10 per order, anywhere in Australia.

All orders are dispatched from our Wangara store in Perth. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.
In-Store Pickup — Perth WA Only
We do not offer online click and collect. You are welcome to visit our store at 3/15 Prindiville Drive, Wangara to purchase in person. If you would like to pay over the phone for in-store pickup, please call us on (08) 6401 3333.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- We will cover all return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind or no longer need the item:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost, or a refund if you prefer.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at slidemasterausthardware@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Please allow 2 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Refunds are processed via your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
