You can send us a picture of your spare part along with your contact details at slidemasterhardware@gmail.com.

2. What is the expected delivery time?

We send parts only after receiving payment. You can expect anywhere from 7-10 working days for your delivery.

3. Can you deliver to my PO Box?

No, we cannot. You have to provide us with the name of your City, State, Province, street address, contact name, and phone number.

4. If I make an incorrect purchase, can I return the spare parts? If so, will I get a refund?

You will have to return it within 30 days, and the postage cost will be at your expense. Upon our approval, you will receive a refund of 70% on the purchase price if the spare part is unused and in Original packaging.

5. What step should I take on receiving a faulty or damaged part?

You can send us a detailed e-mail at slidemasterhardware@gmail.com so that we can discuss the faulty or damaged part. You will get a refund only after we receive the part, and there will be no pay-out on return postage.

6. Do you have a delivery team for your sliding doors and windows, or is it only self-pickup?

Before you checkout,please send us the number of doors and windows via e-mail. Also,please send us your delivery address so that we can process your quote. (NOTE: Products only available in Perth, WA, Australia.)

7. Do you have sliding doors and windows in stock for self-pickup?

Orders for sliding doors and windows are processed only after we receive the payment in our account. You need to give us 15-20 working days for self-pickup from our store in Perth, WA.

Shipping Policy

We cannot ship to PO Boxes we require a street address contact name and phones number for order completion.

Door and window handles, locks, rollers, carriage can be shipped by Australia Post if under 5KG

Parts posted only after payment received and cleared in account, expect 7 to 10 working days for delivery by Australian Post under 5kg with tracking details.

Sliding door stainless steel cover tracks and some speed cutters. Items are over 1800mn in length and over 5kg in weight they need to be send via courier as special order expect 15 to 30 working days for delivery depending on state.
