We ship replacement parts Australia-wide. Orders within Western Australia typically arrive in 2–4 business days, and interstate orders in 3–6 business days. In-stock parts ordered before 1pm AWST are dispatched the same day from our Wangara store in Perth. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

No. Our couriers require a street address. Please provide your street address, suburb, state, contact name and phone number at checkout.

Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the part is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the part, we provide a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Replacement parts ship Australia-wide. Complete sliding doors and windows are quoted individually and are available in Perth, WA only. Email us the number of doors and windows you need plus your address and we will prepare a quote.

Complete doors and windows are made to order once payment is received and are typically ready for pickup from our Wangara, Perth store within 15–20 working days. In-stock spare parts ship the same day when ordered before 1pm AWST.
