Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post standard delivery.

Shipping rate: Flat rate of $10 per order, anywhere in Australia.

Interstate (all other states & territories) 3–6 business days

All orders are dispatched from our Wangara store in Perth. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

In-Store Pickup — Perth WA Only

We do not offer online click and collect. You are welcome to visit our store at 3/15 Prindiville Drive, Wangara to purchase in person. If you would like to pay over the phone for in-store pickup, please call us on (08) 6401 3333.


Returns

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These statutory rights apply in addition to the change-of-mind policy below.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind or no longer need the item:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will provide a replacement at no additional shipping cost, or a refund if you prefer.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at slidemasterausthardware@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items returned used, opened, or incomplete
  • Special-order, custom-cut, or specially-procured items

Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items are not affected by these exclusions.

Refund Processing

Please allow 2 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Once approved, we release refunds back to your original payment method straight away. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. This delay is on the bank’s processing side, not Slide Master Hardware.
